Welcome to your spacious 5-bed, 4.5-bath Lexington retreat, where family fun meets relaxation. With a golf simulator, game room, hot tub, fire pit, and plenty of room for 12, this home is your perfect base to explore the charm and history of central Lexington.
The Space:
ABOUT THIS SPACE
This modern farmhouse was built for big groups who actually want to be together —
and for the one person who needs to disappear for twenty minutes with a 9-iron.
Start in the garage-turned-game-room: a Foresight golf simulator loaded with real
courses, foosball, ping pong, and a smart TV. It's the room everyone claims they'll
visit "just for a minute" and never leaves. When the group needs air, the covered porch has a fire pit and a private hot tub running 24 hours — coffee at sunrise, drinks
under the stars, your call.
The kitchen is built to actually cook in: a large island with three counter seats, full-size
appliances, and enough cookware to handle a real holiday dinner. It opens into an
eight-seat dining table and a living room with a smart TV and seating for the whole
crew.
Sleep is where this house earns its keep. The first-floor primary suite has a king bed
and its own walk-in shower plus soaking tub — no stairs required, ideal for
grandparents. Upstairs, two king bedrooms share a Jack-and-Jill bath, a third king
room has its own private bath, a queen room has an ensuite, and a fifth bedroom
sleeps kids or couples in two more beds. Every room has room-darkening shades and
fresh linens.
Four and a half bathrooms mean the morning rush never bottlenecks, and every full
bath is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. High-speed WiFi covers
the whole house, and a pack-n-play is on hand for the littlest guests.

Getting Around:
We're lucky to live in a city where driving is an easy option for getting around. The parking isn't usually too much of problem, and you can hail either Uber or Lyft right from your driveway!
Other Things to Note:
After confirming your reservation, you’ll receive access to our Guest Portal, which must be completed before check-in. It includes your check-in instructions, house rules, and required guest information.
You will also be asked to review and sign our external rental agreement. During this process, you’ll have the option to purchase a nightly damage protection plan (damage waiver) for coverage against accidental damages during your stay.

We’re happy to welcome pets in our property! We allow up to 2 pets, and there is a $100 pet fee per pet. Please inquire and let us know in advance if you’re bringing pets so we can add the fee to your reservation. Great house. Amazing set up and amenities and in a great location to get anywhere in Lexington. Lots of space and very clean and well kept. Highly recommend.

Check in was a breeze, the house was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils for cooking- which we have found is sometimes a struggle at rentals for families that don’t want to eat out for every meal. The host was very accommodating! During the evening of our check in, weather conditions were snowy/icy and I messaged Seth. He had someone out the next morning to salt the walkways. The neighborhood was quiet and location was very convenient to almost anywhere we wanted to go in Lexington. The only very minor inconvenience is there are no curtains in the bedrooms. It isn’t a huge deal, however if you have small children that need a dark room for naps, it’s something to keep in mind. Thankfully, it wasn’t a problem for our kids! Would absolutely recommend staying here.
