The stay in Split was fantastic: the owner was very friendly and knowledgeable, offering great local tips, and the rooms were beautiful with tasteful design and comfortable amenities, all in a prime location close to everything you’d want, restaurants, sights, and the waterfront.

Lovely host, super helpful. Had to book last minute but key collection was super easy. Very clean room and housekeeping every morning (if we wanted). Great AC! Amazing location - short walk to Bacvice Beach and even shorter walk to restaurants and bars along the Riva. And a local market with fruits or souvenirs. Never felt like anything was too far. Right above a mini supermarket, a cosmetics store and a bakery/ fast food. Mini fridge in room - no kitchen in rooms but can easily ask host to borrow what you need. There were free beach towels and umbrellas for us to borrow - very helpful! After check out the host allowed us to leave our bags in the office until our flight and even shower/ freshen up.
Nothing - really recommend - just like staying in a charming hotel.

Hard to find. No staff anywhere. Poor internet and aircon.
