Guest House Kušeta

Location was excellent—steps away from the palace, open market and supermarket. The beach is also a comfortable walk away. Very quiet —kind of a secret spot in the old town.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was fully functional. Provided everything you need for a stay in Split. Not to mention AC!

The property was in a lovely quiet area yet very close to the transport hub, the fresh markets and the Riva.

The property was quite cramped. The was no space to open our suitcases. The bathroom did not have soap or shampoo for travellers

Spotlessly clean studio on the ground floor with nice big and comfy bed and good bathroom, little outside terrace with two chairs. Everything looks brand new. Very quiet. Very nice neighbourhood. Ideal location very near restaurants, supermarket, port (we had the ferry next day) and Split old town with Diocletian palace. We stayed one night but could have easily stayed a few more days. Nice Nespresso machine with cups provided. Very handy for us. Very friendly owners!

- It was a bit difficult to find. Google maps also didn’t know his way through all the little alleys - Paid parking is near the house at 4 minutes (just go through the supermarket) but cost us €34 for 24 hours, there’s free parking in the surrounding streets but very very hard to find a free spot - breakfast is not included, ofcourse we knew that in advance. But if you calculate extra cost for breakfast plus parking fee our night in the studio still was a little expensive in comparison with our previous hotel at the same price where parking and breakfast were included.

clean , well equipped , quiet , cosy - host was very friendly and accommodating. Location was good too
