Amazing apartment! Amazing location! Amazing host 🤩

Everything! The room itself was so clean, and a very comfortable bed to relax after a long day out exploring. Apartment is in a beautiful area, and is only a few minutes walk from supermarket, bakery and the local market which is so vibrant! The ‘Old town’ is a short walk, as is the harbour and bus station/ferry port. The host Gordan was so kind and so helpful in answering all my questions, and nothing was too much bother. Even very thoughtful to go and put outside lights on as I was arriving very late.

There is nothing to not like! 👍 😃 I would definitely stay here again, and will recommend this property to friends/family wishing to stay in split.

Great place to stay!

Gordon is very friendly and kind. It's a special experience staying in a apartment made of these beautiful big stones.

Found some carpet bugs under the bed and on the wall, they won't bite but it's better to get rid of them.

Split was perfect as was my accomodation .

The property was so well located to the centre only 5 mins walk . Easy to find . The room was very large king size bed, with large size shower/toilet. Mini fridge with kettle and coffee machine with pods included and TV ( had Netflix a real bonus ) Also had iron and hair dryer. Met all my needs as a solo traveler. Big enough for two . Very clean and fresh .Also very easy to communicate with the owner , who got back to me very quickly . Great value for money

Great Stay at Lions Luxury Rooms

We totally recommend Lions Luxury Rooms if you're visiting Split. The location is great about 15 minutes on foot to the bus station. There are some stairs along the way, so it feels a bit longer with luggage, but still manageable. Although we didn’t meet our host in person, Gordan was really helpful. He sent us recommendations for sightseeing and restaurants, which we appreciated. He even offered us a late check-out, but we had to catch an early bus and left the property before 7 in the morning.

Great short stay apartment

Our host Gordan was excellent at commuicating with us. . The bed was very comfortable which is important as my wife has a bad back. The location is good with shop & bakeries very close by. Good selection of TV channels with Netflix & Amazon Prime.

Happy and comfort

Good test in decoration ,clean , quiet, large tv with Netflix. The most impressive is the warm owner, who contacted us for 2 days to organise time to welcome us , and find parking for us in anticipate.

Book it if you can!

The room was a great size and extremely comfortable. It was refreshing to have a bathroom with a walk in shower too. The host was very helpful and offered plenty of recommendations for us to explore when in Split.

The only downside was that there was no hand soap left in the bathroom, but that is the only downside. The rest of the stay was incredible!

It's even better than the photos. Right in the old city. Outside looked like awesome 13th century, inside had a touch of that with the stone walls but was also modern and clean. The owner, Gordon, was the best of all. He is very kind and attentive to every detail. We drove a car there so he went out to the street a few minutes before we arrived and found and stood in the last parking spot available until we got there. Above and beyond? Absolutely. We loved Split. If we get back there, we will definitely stay here again. Perfect service and a great and reasonable room in a great location.

Fantastic room, location, and host. Would recommend!

Comfy bed, great location, effective airconditioning. The friendly host, Gordan, was waiting for me on arrival to hand over the keys and he recommended a fantastic local steakhouse. House and linen was very clean, with a nice bathroom. I ended up back in Split a week later, and Gordan went above and beyond to help out, even though I wasn't staying the night. I'd recommend Lions Luxury Rooms to any solo travellers or couples looking for high quality accommodation in the heart of Split!

Sehr modern, stilvoll und hübsch eingerichtet. Super sauber ist es ebenfalls. Die Lage ist unschlagbar. Alles fussläufig zu erreichen. Sehr ruhige Lage. Der Vermieter, Gordon, ist ein richtiger Schatz. Super hilfsbereit und immer zu erreichen. Er probiert sofort jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen und jede Frage wird beantwortet. Sofort wieder. Sijainti ja isäntä olivat loistavia! Mukava iso sänky,viileä huone 35asteen helteillä eikä kuulunut meteliä muualta. Tarvittaessa pidettiin yhteyttä isäntään ja hän vastasi nopeasti viesteihin. Antoi mieluisia vinkkejä kohteista ja paikoista missä olisi hyvä käydä. Vanhaan kaupunkiin ja Rivan rantabulevardille käveli 2minuuttia. Muuallekkin lyhyt kävelymatka. Aivan vieressä oli leipomoita josta sai tuoreita leivonnaisia ja kahvia edullisesti. Joka aamu haettiin sämpylät ja olivat herkullisia. Ruokakauppoja myös vieressä(Tommy,Ribola) sekä pikaruoka paikkoja.

Ulko-ovi ei ehkä ollut 2020 lukua,mutta siitä selvittiin onneksi huumorilla ja pilkkeellä silmäkulmassa. Aluksi oli haasteita päästä sisään ulko-ovesta,mutta isäntä tuli pelastamaan meidät pinteestä nopeasti.👍

Majoitus oli nykyaikainen, jossa oli kaikki mukavuudet mitä voi lomalla tarvita. Paikka oli siisti, majoittaja oli erittäin mukava ja huolehti että kaikki on hyvin ja että me viihdymme. Myös ilmastointi toimi kuin unelma. Paras huoneisto ja majoittaja, joka meillä on ikinä ollut.
