UCSD is just 2 mi, UTC Shopping Mall (1 mi), Mission Bay (5 mi), Sea World (6 mi), San Diego Zoo (8 mi) and Downtown San Diego (9 mi). You are a 10-15 min drive to just about anywhere in the city and a short 2 min walk to groceries, donuts, and restaurants. Casual, relaxing and comfortable, this space provides the perfect place to relax. This top unit condo bodes tons of natural light. Upon entry you will be in an open floor plan living space with vaulted ceilings. Off of the living space is a large glass slider to the balcony surrounded by Eucalyptus trees.

The remodel of the property is very nice and the location was very convenient for travel around the area and walking to shopping and restaurants.

Beany’s place worked great for our recent trip to San Diego. The location was perfect. It was close to all the main attractions (Zoo, Sea World, beaches, etc). The condo had plenty of room for 5. My two kiddos loved the pool in the evenings.

Great location, easy to get to all the things San Diego has to offer. Felt at home and very confortable. Had everything we needed. Host repsponded and made everything go smooth. Would stay again.
