The homes interior, tastefully decorated and equipped with air conditioning and heating, radiates sophistication and comfort. It features a spacious dining room perfect for hosting six guests. An outdoor dining area, encircled by high privacy fencing, includes a warm fire pit and a private beach lounge, making it an ideal spot to relish San Diego's delightful climate. The master bedroom serves as a sanctuary of relaxation, boasting a luxurious California king bed and a cozy reader's nook for tranquil moments. The living area features a huge couch/rated sleeper, large enough to comfortably accommodate an entire family. In the backyard, a BBQ and a fire pit table provides a casual setting for gatherings, and a separate and unique beach lounge Oasis area allows guests to enjoy outdoor get togethers with their toes in the sand. This home, embracing the vibrant local culture and the laid-back beach life of San Diego, is a perfect choice for a memorable vacation.
The garage also offers a large capacity, high efficiency washer and dryer, and a 120V Level 1 EV charger for Tesla and J1772 electric vehicles. We politely ask that you only charge from 9 PM - 11AM due to higher electricity rates. Additionally we have a complete office suite to fully support your business needs away from the office to include laptop and Mobile phone wifi capability business services using an HP Envy color, printer, scanner and copier.
Please Note: To ensure the safety and well-being of our guests, as well as to respect the tranquility of our lovely neighbors, we will enforce the following policies:
Absolutely no parties of any sort.
No loud music that can be heard by neighbors.
Only registered guests are allowed on the property. No exceptions.
Smoking inside or near our property is strictly prohibited.
The use of drugs or marijuana is forbidden.
All pets must be vetted and approved by the Management and are subject to a non-refundable pet fee.
Violating these rules can lead to immediate eviction without a refund and a hefty fine(s) in accordance with host site policies.
We take these policies very seriously to maintain a secure, safe, and respectful environment for our guests and our neighbors alike.

Great stay ! The home had amazing, especially thoughtful touches for a family with young children and toddlers :) there’s a pack n play, lots of toys, dolls, stuffed animals, and children’s books! I knew beforehand and it made packing more of a breeze since we didn’t need to pack those ! My kids loooved being able to play with their new toys! Also sand toys, and toys for older kids and adults as well (like board games, lawn games, etc!). The house also as other nice touches like a little office / work station , a lovely outdoor sand area to lounge or for the kids to play, and a charger for EV’s! We didn’t expect for the charger and were pleasantly surprised (and didn’t have to take time away from our day to find a nearby charger to charge up). Location is nice and safe! The home is right by an alley but surprisingly was pretty quiet ! Recommend this home- thanks !

We loved our time at this property! Everything was exactly as pictured and described. Plenty of kitchen amenities allowed us to prepare several meals. The morning sunlight in the kitchen is beautiful! Temperature-wise were were very comfortable in this home during a July visit. Fans were available in every room.The bedroom with twin beds was a huge plus. Our two teen girls each got their own bed. My teen son was very comfortable on the couch that converted into a double bed. King bed was nice, and linens were high quality. Loved watching movies together on the giant flat screen!We also really enjoyed roasting s'mores over the tabletop fire pit in the back yard. So nice! In fact, we ate most of our meals outside at that table. Very comfortable and convenient. Street parking at this property does get crowded--it's the beach and to be expected. We were able to carefully back our mid-size SUV into the small garage attached to this property. It's tight, but there was still room to open the vehicle door and exit once parked.I really appreciated all the provided beach equipment. It saved us from having to pack it. We enjoyed visiting the beach (drove and parked near Mission Blvd./Missouri St.); walking to the nearby "trolley" (light rail) station and taking it into downtown (highly recommend this, DT parking is scarce); and visiting the Water Front, Old Town, and Little Italy. Super fun trip, and we hope to visit again! Thanks, David!

We (myself and three older teens) came for a week mid June 2025. The house is a typical older beach home and the owners have kept it up well and added fun amenities like the fire place and games like horseshoes in the backyard. The couch was super comfy and the big tv was nice. New appliances like a big frig and washer/dryer. One review said the air conditioners were loud and I thought, how loud can they be? Well, they were a bit loud but they worked great to cool the house down when it was hot in the late afternoon. The carbon monoxide detector started beeping so I notified the owner and he brought a new battery and more trash bags when I couldn’t find them. Very responsive. We grew quite fold of the place during our week there.

Really enjoyed are stay. House was clean and everything worked ( a/c, TV, kitchen). Only problem was parking, garage very small can only hold small car and limited parking in street.
