Check in time is 4pm. Check out time is 11am. Please let us know if you need early check in or late check out. We can try to accommodate your plans for an additional fee.
NO SMOKING INSIDE:
We have a zero tolerance smoking policy. Any violation will incur a $500 security deposit and/or additional cleaning fee.
HOUSEKEEPING:
Our cleaning team provides the best care in disinfecting the home between all stays and making sure it is ready for use when you arrive. Additionally, disinfecting cleaner will be left for your use if needed.
Your cleaning fee takes care of everything. We make clean up simple so you can maximize your vacation time.
NO PARTIES ALLOWED:
Our neighbors will let us know if there are any parties. Repeated violation will result in a request to vacate the property.

You have access to the entire home.
Other things to note
We also have security cameras on the outside of the home to monitor deliveries and maintenance. No cameras are inside the house or facing the yard. We respect your privacy!

Loved this clean, quaint home in older, quiet, secure neighborhood. Inside, the barn door/farm decor is awesome. Great kitchen with lots of space. Comfy and relaxing living room, and the yard is fantastic!! Hot tub/jacuzzi is such a plus, and adds to the private spa feel in your own back yard! Oh, and the ping-pong table is fun too!! We had a great stay, BUT, the Master bedroom mattress was absolutely THE MOST KUSHIEST, COMFORTABLE sleeping arrangements ever!!!! Seriously amazing. Messages sent had such a quick response time from the Host, and he was always super helpful. Will definitely reach out to this property in the future to reserve again when in this area - the beautiful Del Mar beach was only 18 mins. away, which was lovely too!! Thanks again, Billy, for our perfectly wonderful experience. Loved everything about it!!! Jerry & Terri

We stayed here for 5 days and loved every minute. Everything was 20 minutes away with plenty of space for quality family time but individual space for the teenagers. Backyard was my favorite.
