Tucked into the quiet Bay Ho neighborhood of Clairemont, this newly remodeled 3-bedroom, 2-bath home puts you close to some of San Diego’s best beaches and attractions while giving you a comfortable place to come home to.
With space for up to 7 guests, a private fenced backyard, fire pit, grill, fully stocked kitchen, and thoughtful extras for kids, dogs, and beach days, the home is designed for easy, laid-back San Diego stays with family and friends.
THE HOME
The bright, thoughtfully designed living space has plenty of room to gather after a day of exploring. Settle into the spacious sectional, stream a movie on the 65-inch Smart TV, or break out the board games and books for a night in.
The home sleeps up to 7 guests across three bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: King bed with attached full bathroom
Bedroom 2: Queen bed + twin bed
Bedroom 3: Queen bed
Each bedroom includes blackout curtains, a closet, full-length mirrors, and a ceiling fan.
Two full bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, Q-tips, cotton pads, and hair dryers, so you can pack a little lighter.
A KITCHEN MADE FOR ACTUAL COOKING
Whether you’re making breakfast before the beach or dinner at home, the kitchen is stocked with more than the basics.
You’ll have an oven, stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker with coffee and filters, espresso machine, blender, toaster, Instant Pot, cookware, bakeware, dishes, utensils, spices, olive oil, and vinegar.
THE BACKYARD
One of our favorite parts of the home is the private, fully fenced backyard.
Start the morning outside with coffee, grill dinner after the beach, or wind down around the propane fire pit in the evening. There’s an outdoor dining table, sofa, and chairs, yard games, and plenty of space to relax in San Diego’s year-round sunshine.
Heading to the beach? We also provide beach chairs, a cooler, a foam surfboard, and beach toys.

TRAVELING WITH KIDS?
We’ve tried to make family travel a little easier. The home includes a high chair, kid-friendly dishes and utensils, a Pack 'n Play travel crib with bassinet, coloring books, and games.
Guests also receive access to an exclusive 10% BabyQuip discount if you’d like additional baby gear delivered directly to the home.
BRINGING YOUR DOG?
Well-behaved, potty-trained dogs are welcome, and the fully fenced backyard makes traveling with your four-legged family member much easier.
Because San Diego is home to local wildlife, including skunks and large birds, we ask that pets not be left outside unattended in the evenings.
COMFORT AND CONVENIENCE
The home includes high-speed Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer with detergent, iron, ironing board, steamer, vacuum, and cleaning supplies.
There are two mini-split air conditioning and heating units: one in the living room and one in the primary bedroom. The remaining bedrooms have adjustable ceiling fans and floor fans, with space heaters and extra blankets available as needed.
PARKING AND ACCESS
Guests have access to the entire private home, fenced backyard, and driveway. One vehicle can park in the private driveway, with ample additional free street parking available.
Self check-in is easy with a smart lock and a unique access code provided on check-in day.
GOOD TO KNOW
This property is a duplex, and we live in the separate adjacent unit. The two homes have separate entrances and no shared indoor living spaces. You’ll have private use of the entire main home and large fenced backyard throughout your stay.
We’re nearby if you need anything, but otherwise respect your privacy and leave you to enjoy your vacation.
Our home is located across from a school, so you may hear children playing during school hours.
NOT SUITABLE FOR PARTY GROUPS
This is a peaceful, family-friendly residential neighborhood. Parties and late-night gatherings are not permitted, and city quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. If you’re looking for a party house, this won’t be the right fit. If you’re looking for a comfortable, well-stocked home where you can explore San Diego by day and relax together at night, you’re in the right place.
