Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you this charming 41 m² house for rent in Courseulles-sur-Mer, 200 meters from the beach, which can accommodate up to 5 travelers. It comprises an attractive 42 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower) and a 20 m² garden.
The dwelling is composed as follows:
First floor
- A 42 m² living room with TV, sofa bed, fireplace (wood not supplied), sitting area and dining area.
- A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Separate WC

- Two bedrooms with 2 double beds
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, plancha.
Exterior
- A lovely 20 m² garden
- A terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather
The house is ideally located in Courseulles-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment. Nearby, you'll find all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...
