You’ll be welcomed by Hajiba, our housekeeper. (Breakfast, daily housekeeping, and meals available upon request).
The riad was completely renovated in 2020. It offers modern comforts while respecting Moroccan tradition.
Designed to accommodate up to 10 people, the fully equipped kitchen is at your disposal, along with a large, cozy living room where you can relax or enjoy your meals. You’ll also have access to a large-screen TV with all international channels.
In the patio, you can enjoy the refreshing pool to relax with friends or family. There, you can read, savor a glass of freshly squeezed orange juice prepared by our housekeeper Hajiba, or enjoy a mint tea.
The house features five spacious, air-conditioned bedrooms. Each has its own bathroom with a toilet and shower. For maximum comfort, bath linens, bed linens, and toiletries are provided. Housekeeping is included.
On the top floor, you’ll find a large furnished terrace with a sun deck. You can enjoy breakfast there.
Above the terrace, the rooftop offers a magnificent, unobstructed view of the snow-capped Atlas Mountains, the legendary Mamounia Hotel, the Koutoubia Mosque, and more....
You’re sure to enjoy the magnificent sunsets from there.
Everything is air-conditioned (or heated, depending on the season), allowing you to enjoy the space in both summer and winter.
The entire riad is exclusively yours during your stay.
Breakfast is included in the rate.
During your stay, you’ll have access to the entire house and will be the only guests in the riad, as our guests enjoy spending time together.
Just a quick note: please be aware that loud parties are prohibited to maintain the neighborhood’s peace and quiet.
You can explore the entire city on foot.
Hajiba will be available during your stay to prepare the breakfasts included in your rental. She will assist you according to your needs and preferences.
She also handles the daily housekeeping.
Upon request, Hajiba can prepare a meal for you (set menu for €15, drinks not included), menu available upon request.

To ensure you have the best possible welcome, we offer to arrange your transfer from the airport to the Riad’s doorstep (15 min).
Our trusted driver will be waiting for you outside the arrival hall with a small sign reading "Riad Miloud." He will accompany you to the riad.
Over a traditional cup of mint tea, our housekeeper will show you around the riad and its amenities, provide you with a map of the Medina, and recommend Marrakech’s must-see attractions based on your preferences.
