Lovely sitting areas and pool area. Staff were very attentive and friendly. Great location.

No tea or coffee making facilities in room or other areas.

The property is gorgeous. We had a room upstairs and it was spacious, comfortable and overlooked the gorgeous pool area. It also had air conditioning which was perfect to come back into to cool down. There are so many nice areas to sit and relax - the pool area, two rooftop terraces and a couple of alcoves off the pool area for shade. The staff are really what set this place apart. Couldn’t do enough to help from recommendations of which attractions to visit to letting us back into a room later on our check out day to grab a shower before heading to the airport.

Pool right outside our room, amazing way to cool off between our morning and evening outings into the Kasbah. Literally nothing could have been better. The staff were incredibly kind, our massages and spa treatments were top notch, and the food was as good as the best restaurants we went out to across Marrakech!

The staff were friendly and attentive, but not too much. The breakfast waiter especially was very helpful. The decor was beautiful, well maintained and clean. Location wise we found it very good. Because one of our party couldn’t walk well the hotel arranged a tuk tuk for us to travel to Jemaa El Fna and tour the souks. This was a great way to travel. We could venture out to the local Main Street on foot though where we found some great cafes amongst the buzz of Marrakech life.
