The location is great and the staff were wonderful! They catered to our requests for assistance in locating sites we wanted to visit. Also, they arranged for transportation and spa services we wanted.
Everything met and even exceeded our expectations.

Fabulous Riad sooo pretty inside and a stunning rooftop. Breakfast was great and plentiful - traditional Moroccan. The staff were friendly and attentive - organised our airport transfer on arrival and met us from the taxi to walk us to the Riad. They kept our luggage overnight whilst we hiked Toubkal and returned the following day. We were super tired and found our cases already in our room ready. They also organised us a transfer to Agadir with little notice which was seamless and a good price. The location is great - in a quieter area of Marrakech but still close to bars and restaurants. 10 min walk to Juma el Fnaa and other tourist attractions. Felt safe walking to the Riad although it was down a few back streets. Was a few minutes walk to a road where you can be collected for excursions etc.
