Riad Touhfa Kasbah Marrakech

Great breakfast, similar to other properties, but generous and all freshly cooked and good quality.

The Riad is immaculate and the staff work hard to keep it that way. Bedding and towels are changed daily.

The Riad was advertised as having a hot tub and spa bath. It has neither so that was disappointing. I have added a picture of the description of the room I booked. It was advertised as a deluxe double room. In reality it was just big enough for a bed and small wardrobe. I had to change room at extra cost. The room description is very misleading as it says the room has a terrace with garden views. It does not. The view is of the cold plunge pool that you see in the pictures. It also says you can see mountains and town views from the roof garden. You can't as the walls are too high. . All that being said, the staff are very attentive and helpful, booking trips and taxis etc. Meals are limited and for dinner it is advisable to book it early in the day so it can be prepared for you.

The breakfast was lovely, including fresh fruit, eggs, and impeccable service. All in the gorgeous Riad setting, magical.

Nothing could have been better! The driver, Ayoub, punctual and helpful, picked us up from the Marrak train station. dropped us off near the Riad, because no cars were allowed in the narrow street. But the chef Khadizia (fabulous cook!) walked from the Riad to escort us to the Hotel, a five-minute stroll. From the moment we walked through the gorgeous hand-carved door, we were greeted by Hafsa, and her wonderful warm staff. Badr, the waiter was so elegant, could be working at at Michleifin 5 star! Hefsa was very attentive to our every need. I am 80 years old, and traveling with my niece. Hafsa and the staff were so kind to us. The menage ladies always had a smile! Our room was very comfortable, and there was a mini fridge.
