We liked that it was not too busy quiet once you were in the place even though outside was busy, very clean, the staff are amazing they go out of their way to help the clients and make sure their clients have the best time. The Manager Ilham was very helpful to the point she drove me to a salon to get my nails done without any charge. The kitchen staff looked after all the dietary needs and cooked hot breakfast every morning. The staff were very soft spoken and kind always happy to help and answer your questions. Rooms were cleaned everyday, the facilities in the room were good.

The only thing we did not like is not having doors in the bathroom. There was a curtain but having a door just gives the privacy.

I booked initially for 4 nights and I am on my 20th night if that tells you anything about how wonderful it is, close to everything by foot the market and palace and all types of food

Solo travel here of 26 years, I have booked over 200 stays alone on this site, I have never given a perfect score but today I will, the staff here are beautiful and knowledgeable, the facility is warm and welcoming, so do yourself a favor and treat yourself today

The staff, the jacuzzi, the cooking class.

The noise which was going on all the night due to the water pipe or water tank. According to the manager, a technician will come and repair but didn’t. It was very torturing to have two nights’ sleep with noise going on every few seconds.
