Lovely villa with private pool and terrace in a quiet area close to the lake in Sirmione.This beautiful villa spreads over two levels and opens onto the bright and spacious open-plan living room equipped with a comfortable double sofa bed, TV, dining table with chairs and open kitchen complete with all cooking utensils, including oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, juicer and American coffee maker. Through French doors guests can access the private porch equipped with table and chairs and the beautiful private pool.The sleeping area consists of three bedrooms, two of which are on the ground floor and one on the first floor. The master bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, large closet and ensuite bathroom with shower, and has access to the private garden of the villa. The second bedroom features a queen-size bed and a closet. Finally, the third bedroom, reachable through a staircase, is furnished with a queen-size bed, walk-in closet, TV and ensuite bathroom, and has access to the terrace. A third bathroom with a shower completes the layout.Guests will have amenities such as free wi-fi, air conditioning in all rooms, and independent heating for colder days.Guests will benefit from a garage inside the property (width 6.65 m - length 7.30 m - height 2.15 m).The swimming pool is open from the 1st of May to the 30th of September.Self check-in is available to access the accommodation.
