Located in Hyères, it comprises :
- three air-conditioned bedrooms with three double beds (new air conditioning installed spring 2024);
- 3 large storage cupboards upstairs
- a shower room
- a fully equipped kitchen
- a dining room ;
- and a lounge area to relax in after a day out.
The following facilities are available: air conditioning upstairs and downstairs, Wi-Fi, garage, TV, iron and ironing board, fan-assisted oven and microwave, traditional 15-cup coffee maker + Nespresso, washing machine, tumble dryer, freezer.
Please note that sheets and towels are provided at extra cost. Pets are not accepted.

## Emplacement
Hyères is a small seaside resort renowned for its beaches. You will love the immense beach of Almanarre or prefer the peninsula, on the Madrague side, or the beaches of La Capte, La Bergerie or La Badine for their shallow waters adapted to families. The peninsula of Giens also hides secret coves like the calanque du Four à Chaux. You can also set sail to the islands of Port-Cros and Porquerolles, which are part of the Port-Cros National Park, or to the island of the Levant where naturism is practised. Many nautical activities are offered in Hyères and on the islands: sailing excursion, boat trip, towed buoys, kayak or sea canoe… The city is renowned for its exceptional seabed, and is one of the most renowned diving spots in Europe.
