Centrally located, quiet neighborhood, apartment size as advertised, clean, good A/C in Living room only, 2 fans in the bedrooms, fantastic wifi, washer, key box broken but key in the door when we arrived, we admitted ourselves. Ignore the slum-like entrance and stairs, the apartment is clean.
Three flights of narrow, dark, filthy, unsafe stairs, not appropriate for elderly, children, or those with heavy luggage. No proper clothes hangers or drying rack, no hair dryer, no paper towels. Slightly grim interior, poor lighting at night.

Tout fut parfait. Une hôte très agréable, et l'appartement était de très bonne qualité. Une attention particulière était portée aux petits accessoires de jeu, y compris fléchettes et billard....Vraiment un logement très intéressant et très agréable en plein cœur de Hyères.
Le seul point vraiment un tout petit peu ennuyeux, c'est les 3 étages à monter. Mais c'est juste pour dire quelque chose. Les escaliers sont larges et d'une pente tout à fait correcte.
