Great location, lovely area

Very convenient for all public transport,including the train. We managed easily for a week with no car and were able to access Hyeres town and beaches and shops

Mosquitos! To be honest they really spoilt our first few days ( and nights) and we were unable to sit outside in the evening which was a shame. Fully approve of the traditional look of the place but it was a little tired in places

Spacious clean appartment with dedicated covered parking. Good access to supermarket, bakery, old town, and easy drive to popular beach. Nice balcony.

Advanced emailed check in directions would have been nice. US travelers may suffer from absence of AC during summer.

Pleasant

The apartment is very spacious and well equipped. The terrace is nice. The location makes it easy to get into town but also to visit the islands. The complementary welcome drinks are a nice touch.

Unfortunately, it was very noisy during our stay. We could hear the neighbours (until 1am) almost as if they were in the flat.

Nous avions loué 2 appartements pour passer Noêl en famille. Logements bien situés, proches des commerces. Calme malgré la proximité de la route. Literie confortable. Petit cadeau de bienvenue appréciable. Parking privé. Hôte facile à joindre et disponible.

Situation et abords du logements peu agréables, ce qui n'est plus un problème une fois à l'intérieur, grâce aux petites terrasses bien protégées.

Un hébergement parfait pour un séjour sur la presqu'île

L'hôte s'est montré disponible et très réactif lorsque nous avions des questions. La souplesse dans la prise des clefs et le départ était très appréciable. Les fiches d'aide sont précises et parfaites. Les attentions de bienvenue ont été appréciées. Commodités à proximité. Vraiment ravie de ce séjour, l'hébergement est à recommander Merci aux hôtes

Rien ! quelques difficultés pour trouver la route, le plan était très bien fait, les difficultés tiennent à la configuration du quartier.

La bouteille de rosé et de Perrier

Le nettoyage est plus que limite, des miettes dans tous les tiroirs, le four n’en parlons pas, la poubelle de la salle de bain non vidée et sale et surtout un seul sac à poubelle même du il y a à l’extérieur des poubelles pour faire le tri, pas une seule dosette pour faire une lessive en dépannage et une éponge à vaisselle plus qu’usée. Le chauffage dans la salle de bain impossible d’allumer le temps de la douche après un gros orage c’était humide, on voulait simplement réchauffer la pièce le temps de la douche. La baignoire est à changer ou à réparer et les toilettes n’en parlons pas dès que l’on veut les utiliser et bien le wc est bancale.

Appartamento al piano terra, grande , pulito con tutto il necessario, lavatrice , lavastoviglie, forno, microonde e tanti altri elettrodomestici. Gradevole il giardinetto privato.

Letto matrimoniale con materasso comodo ma troppo stretto anche per due persone magre, corto per 180 cm di altezza

La casa è carina da fuori

Bagno e cucina molto vecchi, necessita un restauro, molte formiche in cucina e in ingresso. Giardino bello ma trascurato quindi non usufruibile.

Ottimo compromesso per chi si sa adattare e non cerca il soggiorno vip

Casa con 4 appartamenti e 4 parcheggi riservati in ottima posizione a metà strada tra il centro e le spiagge/porto locale, non ci si muove a piedi ma i parcheggi pubblici sono ovunque e comodi, per il centro c'è anche il bus gratuito tutta notte. Alloggio spartano ma con stanze spaziose, la giusta opzione per chi non vuole fare il soggiorno vip e si sa adattare.

Manca il climatizzatore (ma si sopravvive) e i ventilatori andrebbero rinnovati o puliti, la doccia andrebbe rifatta. I proprietari non sono molto proattivi nel dare informazioni, sta a voi contattarli par sapere come/dove ritirare le chiavi e gestire le cose di base della casa.

Appartement qui mériterait une petite rénovation pour correspondre au tarif demandé (sol et salle de bain notamment). Appartement bruyant la nuit et le matin avec la grande route à côté.

L’appartement était très confortable, propre et bien équipé. La localisation était idéale pour sillonner les différents points d’intérêt aux alentours. Le propriétaire était très sympathique. De plus, nous avons pu bénéficier d’un lit bébé et d’une chaise haute.
