Un appartement très agréable avec un jardin très mignon. La gentillesse de la propriétaire et sa réactivité.

Das es drei Klimaanlagen hat. Küche gut ausgestattet, Besteck ist ausreichen vorhanden. Morgens kann zu Fuss ein frisches Baguette vom Bäcker gehohlt werden. Bettwäsche und Handtücher ausreichend vorhanden.
Leider sind die Türen zum Treppenhaus wie auch zur Wohnung schwer zu öffnen. Auch sollten unbedingt Tische und Stühle mit Filzgleitern ausgestattet werden, die Gummifüsse machen beirm nächtlichen rumschieben der Nachbarn um 3 Uhr Morgens so nen Lärm dass an schlafen nicht zu denken ist. Dies wurde dem Vermiter mitgeteilt und er versprach Besserung in diesem Punkt.

La casa è carina da fuori
Bagno e cucina molto vecchi, necessita un restauro, molte formiche in cucina e in ingresso. Giardino bello ma trascurato quindi non usufruibile.
