It is at the heart of the Côte d'Azur, just opposite the Giens peninsula, the islands of Porquerolles, Port-Cros and the Levant. You will be just 8 minutes drive from Almanarre beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in France, internationally known in the world of windsurfers.
Fully air-conditioned, the Villa is located Plein Sud on a wooded hill overlooking the sea, the Domaine de la Californie.
Great calm without vis-à-vis.
The Villa "Mesomax" is made up of 2 independent apartments:
- The garden level with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms for 2, 4, 6 people
- The ground floor with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a very large terrace for 2 or 4 people
Each apartment is independent with a separate access
You will find in the garden a pétanque court and a swimming pool of 60 m2 (12 m / 5 m) and 2.50 m deep.
Hyères and Carqueiranne offer more than 20 km of coastline with very diverse beaches that can satisfy all tastes.
