About this villa rental
Villa "La Pialla" managed by La Conciergerie du Rivage with three bedrooms, terrace and maintained swimming pool on the quiet residential area of the Port of Carqueiranne.
Beaches and shops within walking distance in less than ten minutes.
Central location to also visit our beautiful area by car.
Bed linen and towels provided.
The villa with an area of approximately 120 m² is composed as follows:
- Equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, induction hob, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, electric plancha, hood...).
- Laundry room with washing machine and a second refrigerator.
- Air-conditioned living room with sofa bed on which it is possible for an 8th person to sleep, TV and box for the wifi internet connection throughout the accommodation (fiber).
- WC.
- Bedroom 1 air-conditioned on the first floor with 140 double bed and closet.
- Shower room adjoining bedroom 1 with shower.
- Air-conditioned bedroom 2 upstairs with double bed 140, closet and adjoining terrace.
- Bedroom 3 upstairs with three single beds, 2 of which are bunk beds 90 and cupboard.
- Upstairs bathroom with bath and toilet.
- Terrace with table and chairs.
- South-facing swimming pool with deckchairs.
