About this house rental
Our home has 7 bedrooms ( 3K, 2Q, 2F & 5T) & 6 bathrooms in the Cherry Grove section of North Myrtle Beach, SC. We have a beautiful private pool & built-in outdoor kitchen/bar. We include luxury linens & towels, bathrooms are stocked with full sized toiletries & a fully equipped kitchen. We have two balconies, two washer & dryers, full house air purifier, smart TV's in every bedroom along with a coffee bar for a morning treat. We are a short walk to the beach and local restaurants.
Maximum number of adult guests is 16. The primary renter must be age 25 or older and provide a copy of valid government issued ID and sign a rental agreement and be a guest of the property for the duration of the stay. There is a $500 security deposit hold 3 days prior to stay and released within 7 days of departure. Booking is not confirmed until agreement and hold has been signed. The primary renter must be a guest at the property for the entire stay as we do not accept third party rentals. No parties, fraternities, weddings, civic groups, commercial activities, etc. allowed. Exceeding the maximum number of allowed guests will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation without refund.

Our family recently stayed at Monarch Manor. It is a fabulous place!! Owners paid special attention to detail for everything you would need at your second home away from home! All you need is your personal belongings. The host provided full size toiletry items, as well as kitchen products and all paper products along with laundry 🧺 detergents. We were three minutes from the beach! Thank you for all the extras that were included in our stay. You can definitely tell the difference between family owned and corporate.

A perfect house for our family’s Christmas celebration! The kitchen has absolutely everything you could need to feed a large group and the location was wonderful.

We celebrated my sister's birthday in July by inviting the family to the beach. Jennifer, the owner of the property, was incredible. In all of my years of renting vacation properties, I have never run across such a responsive & informative landlord. She responded immediately to any question that I had. The house was exactly how it was depicted on their website. The house was well stocked with a delightful coffee bar. Everything you would need for the beach was available....chairs, umbrellas, etc. The house was roomy for our large family. The shelf on the swimming pool made it ideal for the young ones who were learning to swim. We rented a golf cart to take us to the beach (block & 1/2) plus trips to grocery store. Highly recommend doing that. I have NO negative comments except for the weather! Wonderful time had by all!

We all agreed that this is a great vacation spot. We were 8 adults and 6 teens. There is plenty of room for each person to not feel crowded. The beach was close enough to go whenever we wanted and there are stores were close enough without feeling like we were in a commercial area. Loved the pool and balconies. It needs a new can opener and another bathroom on the pool level would be great so that people would not have to go into the house wet.
