All cancellations incur a $150 Cancellation Fee, the Security Deposit Waiver, and the Booking Fee
Cancel 60+ days before arrival: Deposit is refundable minus cancellation fees
Cancel less than 60 days: No refund unless re-rented; cancellation fees still apply
Cancel less than 30 days: No refunds

Everything was wonderful. Enough space and rooms for our large party. Thank you we haven’t been together like this in a long time. It was great to be able to comfortably visit and enjoy the holiday.

Property was satisfactory except floors were not clean and had a number of issues with door code on arrival and times when went out and returned.
Had an issue with having someone to check for an item left accidentally on property by mistake
after leaving. With several calls was told the cleaning crew didn’t turn in anything.
It was definitely left by mistake and was thinking the crew may have thought it belonged to the property. Don’t think the property manager actually checked after being told by the office he would.
