Check-out is 10 AM.
Sand must be rinsed off before entering the home to avoid additional cleaning fees.
A $400 cleaning fee applies to long-term stays.
Golf cart rental is $65 per night through our partner. Outside golf cart rentals are not permitted.
Pool Heating Policy:
Pool heat is available seasonally from March through October when overnight temperatures remain above 50°F. Heating availability is weather-dependent and not guaranteed outside these conditions.
Do not tamper with pool equipment. A $500 fine applies for tampering or broken glass in the pool area.
Children must be supervised at all times. Swimming is at your own risk.
Violations of house rules may result in immediate cancellation.
Bed linens, bath towels, and beach towels are included.

Our family of 10 had an excellent experience with this VRBO rental. The house is better than advertised, as the house is spacious and new. The house had everything we needed and easy access to the beach. This is a must stay and is well priced. Our host, Elizabeth was outstanding and responsive. Thank you for this great experience and we will def be back.
