Great house. Very large rooms that accommodate several. I would recommend upgrading the kitchenware such as pots and pans. A house this size needs a separate ice maker besides the one on refrigerator. The family loved the pool. It was a short walk to the beach with public access in sight. Very reasonable in price for the size.

You might want to at least sweep the floors. My kids feet were black the entire stay if they didn’t have shoes on.
