House was tidy and clean upon check in, house was spacious and fit our group of 28 perfectly as advertised. Amenities and close proximity to the beach was definitely a factor when choosing this location and it did not disappoint. I would recommend this location to any large multi-party groups wanting a nice and quiet location yet close to the beach.
