Everything went well. We had a family reunion and enjoyed having our own bedrooms and bathrooms!

We did not realize from the listing this was a duplex style house versus one large house.
We did not have enough linens or towels, based on the number of people/bedrooms, when we checked in and had to go out of our way to pick up more.
We had to buy things like bathroom hand towels, kitchen dish towels and other items that would be considered staples but were not provided.
The houses were both dirty. Hair in showers, overall not clean.
Some bathroom outlets did not work.
Internet did not work. Spectrum had to come out two days to work on the connections.
Check-out directions said to remove the sheets and towels from the beds/bathrooms and place in the bags to be washed. What about the mattress protectors and bedspreads? Are those ever cleaned?
It was too chilly to use the pool but, even if it was warmer, we would not have used it because of its condition. It needs to be completely resurfaced.
On a positive note, the location was excellent.
