This rental was very spacious and had plenty of rooms with big beds. There were no issues with having plenty of area for getting privacy. The home did show some signs of wear but everything was in working order and the HVAC was excellent. We had one issue with the home that really should of been addressed prior to arrival because of price point for this rental and one housekeeping item also. The pool was not clean upon Saturday arrival and was not usable until Monday morning. I contacted the number through text immediately upon arrival and informed them of the pool condition and then reached out a second time on Sunday. I feel like this was a big item not to have in working order for the price of the rental. The housekeeping issue was the condition of the floors in the rental. Although everything looked nice and clean the floors could not be walked on without shoes or socks because of what your feet would look like otherwise. It was not a deal breaker and could of been avoided with a little more thorough cleaning. With that said, the home does have some signs of age but met all our big family needs and we had a great time.

The house was ready when promised was nice and clean. We did a walk-through inspection found one item that needed addressed. It was addressed and fixed within two hours.

Overall we were very pleased with the size of the unit and the location in relationship to the beach. This was a large family vacation including 3 families, grandparents and great grandparents. (There are a lot of stairs so make sure you can navigate them!)
The bedroom space and bathrooms were great size. The only downfall was the pillow situation (lumpy and only one per bed) That can be remedied if you bring your own.
The kitchen and downstairs gathering spaces were nice and spacious. There were two refrigerators but the large one without the freezer was not reliable with the temperature.
The private pool was a plus but the pool furniture was broken and some of the boards on the railing and stairs to the pool needed nailed/repaired.
The balconies were very nice and were a great place to sit and relax and cool off.
There was a nice outdoor shower to get rid of the sand from the beach!
The outdoor eating space had two nice picnic tables but the floor was in need of power washing and tidying up.
Over all we really enjoyed the space and the amenities!!

Unfortunately the description of the property was not manner in which we found it. Check-in time was listed at 4 pm. However when we arrived, all 4 couples at 4 pm and we attempted to enter the house, we found the cleaning staff still cleaning the house. One of the women advised my daughter-in-law that the house was full of empty beer bottles strewn around the house and it was filthy. We were advised to come back in 40 minutes. We arrived back at 5:30 pm and the cleaning crew was still there. We did not finally gain access to the house until 5:45. Over the next day or so we found numerous things that needed to be repaired. Two of the toilets did not work properly and were constantly running. Two of the bathroom sinks could not drain properly since the stoppers could not be raised to allow the sink to drain. The dishwasher was not working. Fortunately my wife went on line and found out how to re-set the dishwasher so it would work. We had to do this procedure once more during the week. The washing machine was not working until Wednesday when one of the maintenance staff brought out a replacement part. The bed in our grandson's bedroom had a broken frame and a mis-sized mattress. This was replaced by the maintenance staff. The sliding door off of the dining area would not close properly and we constantly had house flys and mosquitos entering the house. The area around the pool disparately needed cleaning all of the pool chairs were filthy and there were weed
