• Booking Requirements: You must be at least 25 years old to book. Please provide a copy of your driver's license and sign our rental agreement to confirm your reservation.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations require a 60-day written email notice to [email protected]. All cancellations are subject to a $150 cancellation fee. If the unit is re-rented, a refund will be issued minus the cancellation fee and other fees.
• Restrictions: No pets, no motorcycles, no trailers, no oversized trucks, and no house parties. No groups under 25 years of age. No locals allowed.
• Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance as cancellations within 30 days of arrival will forfeit all monies paid.
Please note that some amenities, such as pools and hot tubs, may be seasonal and subject to availability depending on the time of year. Feel free to reach out to us for specific opening dates and availability during your stay.
All cancellations incur a $150 Cancellation Fee, the Security Deposit Waiver, and the Booking Fee

Unbearable heat and crazy thunderstorms couldn't stop the fun for our family of 16.There were plenty of comfortable beds, TVs and space for us to be together or alone, whatever we chose. Sharing cooking and cleaning duties helped.

Great location just across from beach. Leicestershire the point and nature trails just at the end of the road. Only issue was the fruit flies.

Property need some attention.
Paint on walls, new microwave, carpet pool table with supplies. Some of the blinds need replacing because of damage.
