Everything. The villa was great lots of space. Very clean & comfortable.
Unfortunately due to time of year April the pool was very cold so we were unable to use it. We normally arrive in orlando September time & we have never needed to pay to have the pool heated.

Lovely spacious house with nice themed bedrooms and a pool. Parking for 2 cars and good location for Disney and lots of eating places. Lovely resort.
The obsession with the correct bin bags was annoying, we received messages about putting the wrong rubbish in the bin when we’d only just arrived and hadn’t put anything in the bins. Not many supplies (eg only 1 toilet roll per bathroom for our stay).

It was clean and very spacious. Decent size pool. I didn’t know there was a fee to get the pool warmed.
I didn’t like that the pool was cold. I didn’t like that the master bedroom bathroom and shower was extremely small. If you’re a plus size person you probably wouldn’t be able to fit on the toilet or in the shower.

It was in a good location.
They promised a heated pool service, but never provided even though we made the payment and did not respond for a refund. Bad customer service and they don’t respond on time.
