The house was actually nice. It was fully stocked with pots, pans, cups, and whatever you needed cooking wise and the island was nice.

The jacuzzi light didnt work, and the TVs were going through some kind of updates and I had to figure out how to work em and the 1st room which I stayed in the tv actually never worked properly the whole visit. They charged a 200 dollar deposit which wasnt the problem but a day after checkout claimed that towels and sheets were damaged. Seems like we were charged for just using these items. One towel was dirty granted from we wiping my hair out the pool( I have braids) but nothing visible wrong with anything they took pictures of and stated. Mind you i threw all the used towel in the washer before i left, i didnt even start the washer and i feel like the woman just took the towel out and took a piture. They were very dismissive and didnt care about what I was saying. $56 for towels and a sheet. 1st time I've booked with them and I never will again. This is the only time I ever had a problem with anywhere I've ever booked. People on the phones and email are rude and dismissive. I all just receive an email saying I left the house great and asking for a 5 star review. Company of scammers. The cleaning lady kept showing up extra early for us to check out which was at 10. She was there by 9:00 we paid late checkout,( $80) she left, then she was there by 11:20 just stalking and waiting outside the house when the checkout was now at 12.
