Location!
Perfect for an entire family.
Kitchen had everything needed.
Pool was perfect to cool down after a long day at The parks.
I had a minor issue with the lock that run off bateries.

Spacious and away from the busiest parts of Orlando. Access to the community water park.
Pool was smaller than expected and not heated. That was an extra fee I was unaware of. Not well stocked, asked us to start laundry before we left but didn’t leave any soap. Asked us to take trash out regularly left one replacement bag. Less than one whole toilet papers roll in each bathroom, no back ups. Dirty dishes in cupboard, crumbs in the silverware drawer, trash can broken, tub clogged and didn’t drain.

The pool was nice but could have been cleaner
It was somewhat dirty and there were maintenance issues several times but they were super quick to respond and get them repaired
