Excellent location particularly for Disney, 15 minutes away from animal kingdom and only a few minutes more to the rest. Around 40 minutes to universal.
Large and spacious with plenty of living and sleeping space. Pool area and terrace is nice and large and the pool itself is a decent size. Mid May did not need heated.
Had all the basic things you’d need for a comfortable stay.
Villa direct were communicative and helpful.
Emerald island itself is a lovely gated community

The property is in a great location.
Needs updating and the kitchen is not equipped enough for the amount of people it takes. The carpet between rooms had exposed tacks had to put towels over them to stop getting hurt. One bedroom had bedbugs and got bitten so had to swap rooms. Bedding not that clean had exposed socket in the kitchen and we had to fix the back sliding door for security. Finally the leg on the pool table broken and dangerous

The villa was close to the Parks. It was very clean and spacious.
The jacuzzi never got warm. The pool was warm but we could not use the jacuzzi even though we paid for it. I called Villa Direct but unable to get issue resolved. The water in the jacuzzi did not overflow into the pool until the day we were leaving. I think that it was turned on a week later than what was scheduled.

I liked that all stores needed were close, the comforability, spacious, Everything was great, wasn't ready to leave..
That when you took shower, the tub would fill up and the game room smelled like a horse stable
