Modern, clean and very comfortable. We stayed here before and after our Ak Suu trek and it was the perfect place to prepare for and then recover from said trek. Zhanara was absolutely fantastic, she was so friendly and helpful with any questions we had and was always there to greet us with a smile. Breakfast was substantial and the terrace boasted 360 degree views of mountains and the city. The rooms were very comfortable and clean and we were happy to spend a lot of time resting. Location is perfect for Duet Coffee (and hostel) where we ate most evenings and directly opposite is The Hut, a popular bar with a great relaxed vibe. Directly around the corner we were able to rent camping equipment and buy gas at 4rent Mirano, again everything we needed was in close proximity. I would highly recommend staying here either before/after trekking.

Very nice family guest house. Rooftop with beautifull view. Very good breakfast. Small and clean rooms.

Everything OK

The hotel is absolutely amazing and it should definitely cost more, we changed our plans to stay here an additional night to reset after Ala Kul hiking. Zhanara who is working at the front desk is an absolute gem, super helpful with everything. The rooms are clean, bathrooms are better than in most western european places, and the terrace area on the top floor is great for morning coffee or late afternoon beer with a view of surrounding mountains, fully recommend it to anyone.
