It gives hallmark fixer upper Christmas vibes. Very spacious and my family had a blast. Fully stocked with just about everything you need at your disposal.
Fixer upper for sure. Lots of structural issues such as loose planks on the patio, creaky floorboards, many doorknobs/handles that fell off, and damaged walls/doors. Even the stairway in the entryway had loose rails.

We were pleasantly surprised with how cute the little bungalow was and the little surprises, like there was a Keurig & K-cups, laundry detergent, so we didn't have to do without or run right out to shop for items that were supplied. The host responded quickly to replace some burnt out light bulbs.
We're happy, no complaints, just FYI's. We arrived at night and had difficulty seeing to enter the door code because the front porch light was out which the host replaced. The fridge door panel didn't provide ice or water, but there was ice and ice tray in the freezer and a Brita in the fridge. The dryer's lint filter was filthy dirty, a fire hazard, but my sister scrubbed it clean and we could wash and dry clothes...

It was clean
No lock code sent out WiFi pw until I had to ask. Confusion with a property the owner has behind the house and due to the other not being responsive, it caused under unnecessary confusion.
Also, for will swing open unless locked, not good for young children. Also the rails on the steps outside are image and need repair, survive could easily get hurt if not fixed.
