The house was very nicely set up and was a good choice for our vacation. We had a little bit of a hiccup gaining access when we first arrived but after that, no issues.
We had 9 people in our party, 4 adults and 5 children. There were plenty of sleeping options to accommodate the group but I would suggest smaller parties for day to day comfort, if you plan to lounge at the home at anytime. It wasn't a bad choice but somewhat small for this many people to be in awake and doing things.
The house was nice and clean. It had everything we needed to accommodate our stay except a regular coffee pot. It had a Keurig coffee maker which didnt work for 4 adults.

Very pleased with this cute little place. We had 10 people staying. Screened porch was a nice thing to have and we enjoyed a few nights at the firepit. Some beds were a little hard and we could have used a couple extra towels and blankets but overall everything was nice. Ice cream joint within walking distance was delicious. Nice park across the street with volley ball nets.
