Enjoy your stay with Tampa's Songbird Property Management located in the Seminole Heights neighborhood. Our guests are amazed when they arrive to find this spacious - 1100 sq ft, apartment. Comprising the 2nd floor of this beautifully restored home with the owners occupying the first floor. Located 5 mins from Bush Gardens and Zoo Tampa at Lowry Park.15 mins from the finest medical centers - USF, Moffitt Cancer Center, James A Haley VA and Tampa General Hospital. 10 mins from sports and concert venues - The Forum, Raymond James Stadium, George Steinbrenner Field, the Amphitheater at Florida State Fairgrounds, and the Straz Performing Arts Center.The beaches are just 45 minutes away and the Disney World and Sea World attractions can be reached in as little as 45 minutes. Located just a block from the Hillsborough River with a spacious screened porch perfect for listening to the many Songbirds. Each of the two bedrooms are appointed with queen size beds and roomy closets. The full bath has a tub/shower combination and there is also a very cute half bath. If you prefer to be your own chef (and save money) the kitchen is loaded with all of the utensils to whip up a meal that can be served at either the kitchen table or on the screened porch. Don't want to cook - the Seminole Heights area is home to some of the best restaurants in the area. A washer/dry is provided in the unit. The owners live on the first floor and will be available to answer questions and provide assistance if necessary.

We loved The Songbird Villa. Everything we needed was there. Enjoyed touring around Tampa., beautiful beaches at Fort Desoto Park, Honeymoon Island and Sand Key in Clearwater. Riverwalk was great as well as Ybor City Saturday Market. Columbia Restaurant in Ybor City was fantastic. Christie and Stuart are wonderful hosts with beautiful grounds and a Koi Pond.

The property is very maintained and beautiful. Owners do an amazing work. The dog on property is the best tampered and energetic. Enjoyed her company and playing fetch. For me the garden area was the most relaxing area, with the fish pond and water falls always running. Great Atmosphere for relaxation and some yoga. We stayed in the up stair lofted. It was very clean and decorated with some antique and updated items. A beautiful poach with a nice view. Every night around 9:30 u could the fire works show from Bush gardens. The owners live on property and where kind and a pleasure to chat with when relaxing in their gardens. The neighbor had lots of nature and a beautiful park in walking distance. Very convenient location to alot of different attractions. Driving to locations was alittle overwhelming because it looks and feels a bit geto. But once u turn down the road the Scenery changes to a beautiful clean antique neighborhood.. The neighborhood was clean, kept up, and quiet. I would definitely come back again and again

We stayed four nights and booked the property specifically because of the beautiful yard and patio advertised on Vrbo. When we were there, the owners were out with their dog, and we felt uncomfortable invading them. If you have a dog that is scared of other dogs like ours, I wouldn’t book. Their dog is very lovely and sweet, but if your dog is scared or doesn’t like other dogs, I wouldn’t recommend it. Their dog is out all the time. We had to walk ours on a small patch of grass. Otherwise, the home was beautiful. Our favorite part we got to enjoy was the screened-in porch.
