Unbelievable

Our stay at the Van Gogh Exclusive apartment was fantastic!!!. The manager of the property was very helpful and adaptable, hence letting us arrive prior to the original agreed arrival time. He also gave us information on where we could park our car and supplied the cost and information of the parking. The apartment was extremely clean and nicely furnished. On another note, the location is very ideal, due to the fact that it’s only 10 minutes away by car to the San Siro Stadium and you have the metro and bus right in front of the property. Honestly, I have absolutely no complaints about the apartment, only positive feedback and in the coming future I will 100% be staying here again.

Alles in allem sehr gut mit Verbesserungspotential.

Wir mochten die Lage extrem gut, die Nachbarschaft ist super ruhig und sicher. Metro in der nahen Umgebung. Man hört ebenfalls nichts von den Nachbarn und die Abdunklung der Räume war sehr gut. Das Apartment ist gemütlich. Ebenfalls sehr gut ist, dass der Gastgeber einem sehr rasch antwortet und die Schlüsselübergabe perfekt funktioniert hatte.

Die Sauberkeit lässt teils zu Wünschen übrig (Staub auf Ablagen etc.). Die Küche ist schlecht ausgestattet (e.g. kein Besteck). Wir hatten am zweiten Tag leider kein warmes Wasser um zu duschen.

Temperatura in casa altissima. Il termostato non funzionava e chiamando l’assistenza (casa gestita da un’agenzia) che rispondeva dall’estero, il problema non è stato risolto dopo quei mezz’ora al telefono. Ho chiuso i termosifoni e aperto le finestre perché era impossibile stare in casa. Al mattino scopro che manca l’acqua calda e dopo 20 minuti scopro che la caldaia è nascosta in un armadio del soppalco accanto al letto. La caldaia è in blocco, l’assistenza non risponde. Per fortuna riesco a farla ripartire dopo altri 20 minuti.

Staff gentilissimo e disponibilissimo, appartamento bello, strapulito e dotato di ogni comfort! Ottima posizione! Anche se le finestre erano sulla via principale, grazie allo spessore dei vetri, il rumore all'interno era pari a zero! Consiglio vivamente!
