The apartment is very nice, spacious, modern and well-equipped. The jacuzzi and sauna are definitely a great addition, and we really appreciated the overall design and comfort of the apartment.

Considering the price of the apartment and the additional €25 per night pet fee, we expected a smoother overall experience and a few more amenities. The only aspect that really affected our stay was the communication with the host. As there is no self check-in or self check-out, everything depends on arranging a meeting with the host. During our stay we decided to leave one day earlier because of the extreme heat wave. Unfortunately, it was difficult to reach the host. Our messages and phone calls went unanswered for quite some time, and although we agreed on an 11:00 check-out, nobody arrived. After waiting and trying to make contact again, we were eventually told to simply leave the keys inside the apartment due to a problem with the host's car. In the end, the solution was very simple, but the lack of communication and the uncertainty caused unnecessary stress at the end of our stay. A self check-in/check-out option would make the whole experience much more convenient. We understand that not every apartment offers amenities such as air conditioning or private parking, and these were not advertised in the listing. However, at this price point, we believe that additional touches such as a fan during periods of extreme heat, and self check-in/self check-out would significantly improve the overall guest experience. During our stay Vienna was experiencing an extreme heat wave, and the apartment became extremely hot at night, making it very difficult to sleep. Even a simple fan would have made a noticeable difference.
