Good location. All basic things needed for a short stay. Good value for the price. Enough natural light gets inside.
Elevator didn't work all the time. Which it's ok, not too many stories to climb. The check-in is very late compared to typical bookings. Plus, the person cleaning wasn't ready at the official time of check-in. The waiting time was a little annoying. There is a noisy pipe from upstairs neighbor. It can easily wake you up from a shower or flushing.

Le studio est tres bien situé, au coeur de marseille, a 15mn a pied du vieux port, a cote de nombreux cafés et restaurants, a 2mn de la rue marchande, bouche de metro et tramay a cote, c’est propre et bien entretenu, ensoleillé et confortable, notre hôte était fort sympathique
Gros soucis d’isolation sonore, c’est un gros problème, on entendait tout, meme les plus petits bruits venant des voisins d’à côté qui criaient tout le temps et se disputaient aves des insultes a se boucher les oreilles, difficile de dormir, ils étaient pratiquement avec nous, on entendait meme rôts, les canalisations des voisins faisaient un bruit pas possible. L’ascenseur est pour une personne, tres étroit, on devait le prendre chacun notre tour,
