Petit deux pièces lumineux, compact et ultra fonctionnel. Nous y avons trouvé tout le nécessaire pour notre séjour. Très bien placé, à deux pas du métro Notre Dame du Mont et du Cours Julien. Peu bruyant malgré la proximité du Cours Lieutaud. Nous avons apprécié la climatisation et la machine à laver.

L'appartamento è piccolino ma molto confortevole. C'è un letto matrimoniale queen size ma volendo anche un divano letto singolo da poter utilizzare. La casa è ben accessoriata. La posizione è perfetta, super centrale e ben collegata a tutte le attrazioni principali. La zona è molto frequentata e quindi sicura. Aggiungo che il proprietario è super gentile e disponibile.

Die Wohnung ist zwar klein, aber mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hat hat uns bereits vorm eigentlichen Check-in die Schlüssel übergeben.
Die Wohnung an sich hat uns gut gefallen, wir haben nur leider sehr schlecht geschlafen, weil die Fenster nicht gut isoliert sind bzw. nicht richtig schließen und man den Straßenlärm extrem laut hört. Das Apartment liegt nicht in der besten Gegend, es gibt viele Obdachlose und Junkies, die in einer Nacht leider direkt unter unserem Fenster herumgeschrien haben. Das Treppenhaus macht einen ungepflegten Eindruck.
