About this apartment rental
Welcome to my charming 25 square meter studio, ideally located right in the heart of Marseille, a stone's throw from the Estrangin metro station and the tram stop. You will be just a 5-minute walk from the famous Old Port, with beautiful views of the Mediterranean Sea, and a 2-minute walk from all the shops in the city center, 10min by metro or bus from the legendary velodrome stadium and 15 min walk from our beautiful Virgin of the Guard.
The studio is tucked away on the corner of the mythical Rue Paradis, renowned for its elegant boutiques and lively cafes. It's the perfect place for travelers who want to experience the authenticity of Marseille while enjoying easy access to the main attractions.
Due to its central location, you will be close to everything. Although there is no parking in the building, don't worry about your car, paid underground parking (Parking Indigo Marseille Préfecture is available 170 meters away) or free parking spaces on the street from 7 pm to 9 am.
Look no further, because this apartment is for you! It is on the 3rd floor with elevator and can accommodate up to 2 people. Ideally located in the heart of Marseille, you can arrive independently thanks to a key box located a few meters from the apartment.
The accommodation:
PRE-BOOKING INFORMATION: Please note that the check-in time is set at 4pm and is not flexible due to the time required for cleaning and preparation between stays. However, you can arrive independently for more flexibility. Luggage storage is not possible, but luggage storage is available in town to assist you.
EQUIPMENT:
- Key box for self-arrival from 4pm (code provided on the day of arrival)
- Check-out until 2 p.m. maximum
- Wi-Fi and SFR box
- 1 very comfortable sofa bed (BULTEX mattress) that can accommodate up to 2 people
- Fully equipped kitchen to prepare your meals just like at home
- Washing machine, iron (laundry detergent provided)
- Fan to keep cool
- TV with Netflix to spend the best evenings
- Dolce Gusto coffee machine with pods provided.
- Linen provided, Marius Fabre shower gel and shampoo and hairdryer provided
