Santamar by Tao Beach Condos with Pool & Walk to Ocean

Quick walk to the beach and the beach club and pool

Have to drive for food

- tranquil location - several pool options between the rooftop, condo pool and beach club pool - well maintained pools, grills and even a little library for the whole condo

- poor communication: never shared a QR code for entering, gave the wrong key code and we couldn't get in the apartment, never shared the door code for the beach club with us (a neighbour kindly shared it with us). The contact person stated never responded any call, message or any other communication. - strong instance on payment outside the platform for both the rental payment and a security deposit. also, found a maximum allowance of energy use very strange. Overall, seemed sketchy - the apartment itself had quite a few issues: found towels and bed linens with hairs and stains, water cooler didn't work, the whole drying rack was rusty and left our clothes with rust stains.
