Located just 25 minutes from Tulum, 30 minutes from Playa del Carmen, and 5 minutes from Akumal, our prime location offers the opportunity to explore the wonders of the Riviera Maya.
Inside, you`ll find three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and two terraces. The well-equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare your favorite dishes, and the laundry room features a washer and dryer for your convenience.
Outside, a spacious garden and numerous amenities—including pools, grills, and loungers—await you. Take advantage of our private access to the nearby public beach for swimming, snorkeling, or simply soaking up the ocean views.
Santamar by Tao is situated in Punta Sur, close to the village of Akumal. While we recommend renting a car for ease of exploration, shops and amenities are conveniently located in Akumal, just a 5-minute drive away.
Whether you choose to rent a vehicle or utilize public transportation, such as the `colectivos` along federal highway 307, we`re here to ensure your stay is unforgettable.

Check-In & Check-Out:
-Check-In Time: Starts at 3:00 pm
-Self Check-In: The key is in a lockbox located by the main door.
-Important: Please return the key to the lockbox after use to avoid loss or accidental locking.
-Check-Out Time: By 11:00 am
-Check-Out Instructions: Kindly leave trash in the garbage cans outside the condo.
Electricity Usage:
Included: 20 kW per day
Excess Usage: 1 USD per additional 5 kW
Important: Please turn off all lights and AC when leaving the condo to avoid extra charges and help us save energy.
Garbage Disposal:
Waste disposal containers are conveniently located outside or in the parking garage. If you need any assistance, please just ask us or the local concierge where it is.
Kitchen & Laundry:
Kitchen: Basic utensils and equipment are provided. Please make sure to clean all used items before check-out.
Laundry: Washer and dryer are available. If you have a laundry room inside your building, please contact the concierge to book your time slot.

-Guests: The number of guests must match your reservation. All visitors must be registered at the front desk.
-Dishes: Please wash any used dishes.
-Lights & AC: Turn off all lights and AC when leaving the condo or at check-out.
-Prohibited Activities: No illegal activities or misuse of appliances. We kindly ask that you respect the property and avoid any actions that may cause damage or harm.
-Bedding & Towels: Treat linens and towels with care. Extra charges may apply for stains or damage.
-Safety: Your safety is our priority. Always lock doors and windows when leaving the condo. Please ensure all lights and AC are turned off when not in use.
