Ruben is the absolute best! The property is exactly as Ruben presents it on the listing, and you could not ask for a more welcoming and responsive host. My family can't wait to come back to Tulum so we can stay at Ruben's property again.

Super comfortable beds with nice, cotton sheets.Wonderful ground-level patio with comfy furnishings.Patio is 3/4 covered providing shade and rain protection.Beautiful view over the community pool & grounds.Plentiful parking just steps from the unit.Excellent pool & facilities.Friendly community with incredible amenities.Sooo clean!Well setup kitchen.Thoughtful touches (coolers, beach chairs, umbrellas, games, toys)Powerful AC units in each room.Filtered water.Comfortable & functional furnishings.Lots of towels both for indoors & the pool. master
