This Beautiful 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom Penthouse Condo with Private Rooftop Patio sleeps 6, located on the Bahia Principe Golf Course, with beautiful views from the Rooftop Patio. Rooftop patio is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the Akumal sunset with Jacuzzi / Splash Tub.

WHAT MAKES THIS CONDO DIFFERENT
We have furnished and equipped our condo so that you enjoy every moment of your stay. We furnish with the high quality mattresses and bedding. King Bed with Memory Foam mattress in Master, Queen Bed in 2nd Bedroom with firm but soft cushion top mattress, Comfortable Full Sleeper Sofa. Bedding includes very soft sheets with your chose of memory foam or soft pillows. Beautifully decorated condo with beautiful & comfortable indoor and outdoor furnishings.

Renters of our Penthouse will have access to the resort beaches and the Kay Beach club which has food and drinks for sale along with beds / lounge chairs on the beach and a beach side pool. You also have access to the TAO pools which are within walking distance of our condo and the Jungle Fish Beach Club which also has food and drinks for sale along with lounge chairs on the beach and a pool. The Jungle Fish Beach Club is not on the Bahia Principe property, it is a couple miles north of the resort property.
Renters of our Penthouse can also choose an ALL-INCLUSIVE stay which will include all the food and drinks desired and enjoy the beautiful BAHIA PRINCIPE Resort Amenities, such as pools, boating, paddle boards, snorkeling, dancing & entertainment, and more with the purchase of Day and Night Passes. The passes are currently $50 per person / per day for a day pass and $40 for a night pass. Renters are free to choose any day / days to purchase passes or can purchase passes for their entire trip.
WHAT MAKES THIS LOCATION DIFFERENT
This location puts you at the hub of the region poised to enjoy all the fantastic attractions, activities and restaurants in the area. The local area has fantastic sightseeing opportunities, including the Mayan ruins, or visit and swim in the local cenotes. Visit the cute town of Akumal or Tulum and go tourist shopping and eat in any of the fantastic beach restaurants. Purchase tickets and spend the day at one of the outdoor adventure parks including Xel Ha, Xplor or Xcaret. Due to the size of the resort and all the fantastic local attractions, a rent-a-car is recommended during your stay.

All of our guests will receive our packet of information which includes info on Bahia Principe resort amenities and the fantastic local area attractions, beaches, and restaurants (including directions) so that our guest will get the very most out of their vacation. Tell us what is important to you and we will get you the information you need. Even if you are familiar with the area, there are probably still some less know but fantastic places you may not have heard of yet.
HomeAway will provide us with your contact information once a reservation is booked. Once I have your contact information, I can send you our WEBSITE with more pictures and information on the BAHIA PRINCIPE Resort and the LOCAL AREA ATTRACTIONS.
Housekeeping Fee includes the cleaning of the unit before and after your stay. Any booking of 10 days or more includes a housekeeping service once per week.
Square footage includes terrace and rooftop patio.

Please take note of our cancellation policy (policy may be stated incorrectly elsewhere): The reservation/service fee is non-refundable, however you will have 24 hours after booking to cancel and receive a full refund. Bookings canceled at least 30 days prior to their stay will receive a full refund of all payments except the non-refundable reservation/service fee. Bookings canceled at least 14 days prior to their stay will receive a refund of any payments made over 50 percent of the total cost of the booking.
Monthly Rentals require a 60 day cancellation notice for 100% refund, except the non-refundable reservation/service fee. Cancellations with a 30-60 day notice will receive a 50% refund of the total rental rate.
The Rental Party must include at least one adult 21 years of age or older and reservations must be made by this individual. A signed Rental Agreement is required as a condition of the condo rental.

The place was very nice. Everything promised was provided. The host answered any questions we had. It is a beautiful area. The excursion we took were amazing.

Patrick was amazing to work with, he was informative and provided a ton of information! We did an all inclusive day at Bahia. I think it was 70 for adults and 50 for kids. We golfed, walked, snorkled with turtles, cliff jumped, swam in cenotes. The location was perfect. The gate workers were friendly. Tons to do.
The condo was clean, had all the necessities for us to cook meals, the beds were comfortable, the space was perfect for our family of 5. I would definately stay here again.

The condo itself is very comfortable and has everything you need. We were disappointed, however, that none of the resort amenities are included, despite the listing saying that they were. We specifically picked this condo to be able to use the resort, but discovered we would have to pay $35-45 a day, pp to use the resort amenities like beach/pool/volleyball etc. The owner told us this was due to covid, however, the resort told us this change was made in December. Since we rented in March, I feel like the owner should not be advertising the resort amenities as included and should let people know. If you buy the day pass now, it includes food. Also, the wellness center/gym and one of the pools at the condo are closed and have been since March 2020. The listing and the owner does not let you know that either.
