5 Star living! Gorgeous Ground Floor Condo with Golf and Pool View located at TAO center in Grand Bahia Principe resort, part of the secure, gated, beach and golf resort community in the Mexican Caribbean. Located on the Mayan Riviera at Akumal near Tulum, just a few minutes from the beach.
You can enjoy the Tao center which includes the gym, infinity and lap pools, daily Yoga, Zumba, fitness class and community barbecue area! One can also make use of the golf club, tennis courts and beach club!
THE SPACE
Managed by Olahola Vacation Rentals, this gorgeous property is one of the best options in the area, with a comfy king-size bed in the master bedroom and two individual beds in the guest bedroom, 2 full bathrooms, extra inflatable mattresses, a fully-equipped kitchen with bar counter, spacious living room, and a spectacular view of the infinity pool from the terrace and living area.
A/C, ceiling fans, washer-dryer, dishwasher, wifi connection, and a smart-tv with Netflix are part of the apartment equipment.
GUEST ACCESS
There are plenty of amenities inside the 717-acre complex where the apartment is located. Just 5 minutes away walking from the apartment is the Wellness Center, with gym, lap pools, yoga classes, spa, boutique, and a bistro offering room service.
Take the trolley from the Wellness Center or drive your rental car to the Kay beach inside the resort.
Access to pools at the beach clubs, amenities, as well as live shows, Mexican fiestas are possible with buying all inclusive day passes.
Additionally get preferred rates in golf rounds, spas, restaurants, and the all-inclusive day-pass, for all food and drinks at the resort for the day.

Located inside Bahia Principe golf and resort complex, with 4 hotels and 27-hole championship golf course, there is no other place like this one nearer Tulum beaches.
GETTING AROUND
We strongly recommend to rent a car, specially if you are planning to explore the region. The Bahia Principe Complex where the condo is located is huge (717-acre); beach clubs and resort pools in the complex are not walking distance from the apartment.
A trolley service is available within the complex to visit beach clubs and pools. Closest stop is at the Wellness Center, five minutes walking distance from the apartment, and it runs every hour from 7AM to 4PM.
Golf cart rentals are available directly with the property managers or the club house.
Main road and bus stop are 15 minutes walking from the apartment or just a couple of minutes after taking the trolley service. From there, take public transportation or drive your rental car to:
Akumal: 5 minutes
Tulum: 15 minutes
Playa del Carmen: 25 minutes
Xcaret: 30 minutes
Cancun Airport: 1 hour

Very nice area. Very quiet. So close to the pool its great to keep an eye on the kids. Akumal public beach only 5min drive and very clean.
Pool cleaned every day, very clean.
Property manager very attentive, helps with everything, the go-to guy for everywhere to go and everything to do in the area.

Check-in a bit complicated but understandable because of the security in the area
The carbon monoxide alarm was going off when we arrived but property manager and a neighbor helped us turn it off (battery was low) but also good to know the fire alarm and CO2 alarms are functioning and people are safe.
Condo needed a little cleaning touch up before we arrived but manager contacted a house cleaner quickly and she cleaned up nicely.

This place is lovely and the host / property manager were very responsive to requests. The 1st floor poolside location is superb and the pool was nice, large, uncrowded and clean. The home was clean and in good repair and had no issues with anything like A/C, hot water, appliances etc.
At one point the stove lighter stopped working and I asked the host where we could get a new one and he called a neighbor who brought one right down. You’ll definitely want a rental car to get around but the neighborhood amidst the PGA links is double gated, safe, quiet and clean. 5 minute drive to Akumal, Grand Bahia, Kay beach (and several other non-private beaches), cenotes. 15 minutes to a large grocery store (Chedraui) in Playa Abemturad and to Xel Ha the other direction, and 30 minutes to Tulum or Playa del Carmen. They’ve turned the road into a freeway since the last time I visited the area which made getting here from the airport and to other spots up and down the Mayan Riviera easy and fast.

We stayed at this condo between 25th of March and 11th of April 2022. The location is very confortable, it is between Tulum and Playa del Carmen, everything you need it's quite close within 15 min drive. The condo itself is well equipped, everything you need it is there. It looks new, well cared for, beds are quite comfortable, it is very important after a long sunny day at the beach. Reviera Maya offers lots of activities, recreational parks, tours, etc, this condo is a good place to be when you are planning to do all that.
I do recomend this place.

We love the property. Nice place. Water went out completely for 2 days. A/C wasn't working for a few days either. But the manager is great. Great price.
