You’re just a brief, pleasant walk to uncrowded white sand beaches that look out upon the incredible turquoise and green ocean waters of the Caribbean.
2 bedroom / 2 bath, sleeps 7, with large kitchen, dining area, living area, and expansive decks … new and modern unit in new and modern building … steps from the golf course. Swimming pool. Private parking in front. Penthouse unit. Plenty of closet space. Bathrooms are clean and fresh, featuring “rain” showerheads and modern fixtures.
Amenities: Full kitchen with big refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher … fully appointed with coffee maker, toaster oven, blender, pots and pans, dishes, cups, glasses, utensils, etc. Comfortable beds. Cushy couch and nice dining area. Washer / Dryer. 55 inch flat screen smart TV in living room … 32 inch flat screen in bedroom. High speed Internet. Lounge chairs and dining space on deck. Portable beach chairs.

A great 2 bedroom looking at the 7th green of the golf course. Large condo, huge deck, well stocked kitchen. Was some highway noise from 2nd bedroom. 10-15 minutes walking to downtown PA. 5 minutes to convenience store outside of gate. Great communication with owner and manager

We really enjoyed our stay and the place. Denise was very accommodating. We had a bit of an issue with a/c not working in the living room, and although it took about a month to fix, we felt like all measures have been taken by the host.

The Condo was all that the pictures show and more It is a very modern and fully equipped with everything you would need . The response from the Denise (the owner) and from the rental company if you had any questions was immediate . Victor the caretaker kept the grounds immaculate and was there for assistance if needed. The beach chairs and umbrella were a bonus .We stayed for a month and really enjoyed the condo and Puerto Aventuras and hope to return again .

Spacious and clean. The owner, and the property management were super quick to respond. Everything is within a 10 minute walking distance, grocery store, beach, dolphins, restaurants… We will be coming back for sure!!!
