Awesome place, Cenote is amazing and the staff is helpful. The road in was a bit rough on our little rental car.

separate hous in closed community - very safe. Own cenote to swim. Fresh towels every day. It was difficult to get check in instructions, but managed after few inquiries. No hot water in the kitchen, but ok.

The property is beautiful and quiet once you get to it, but you have to go down a dirt road with garbage on both sides, past some very sketchy looking places to access it. The gates are locked from the inside at all times so you have to go find an attendant to open them any time you want to go somewhere. The house was beautiful but the spiral staircase was barely wide enough to use, and the kitchen is upstairs. The instant hot water system only produces hot water for about 5 minutes at a time so showers were very uncomfortable. The staff were very friendly.
