The apartment is newly renovated, clean, it has all the basic things to live for a longer time: cooking, washing or ironing clothes. Towels, bed linen, dishes are clean. Good internet, TV. There are no complaints for the owners.

It was December, so it was very cold, because the radiators do not heat well and there are air gaps between the window frames and the concrete structures. Owners should take thermal pictures to fix the windows. In this case, additional electric radiators did not help much, and consumed a lot of electricity. Sound insulation is also poor, as in all Soviet-built houses. There was no furniture for storage and no lamps by the bed and sofa. Parking a car like a lottery. Sometimes I had to park further away from the house and find my way home in the dark.
