Petit duplex, vieux Nice, proche a la mer

Die Lage, die unkomplizierte und verlässliche Art in der Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter, die Sauberkeit, 2 Etagen, die angenehm kühlen Temperaturen im Schlafzimmer,Waschmaschine,gute Ausstattung der Küche.

..dass die Fernbedienung des TV's nicht funktionierte,trotz wechseln der Batterien und dass der Lattenrost kaputt war. Ringhörigkeit im Haus.

Amazing location!! Super close to all the restaurants and shops within old town! Puplic transport is also super close and very easy to navigate! The facilities are great and the aircon is amazing in the hot heat!

It is a little small and wouldn’t recommend staying if you were elderly or with little kids as the stairs within the apartment are very steep and narrow.

Ce n’est pas pratique d’avoir la salle de bain et la cuisine à l’étage. La literie est très mauvaise au point que le lit a l’air cassé. Il y a des cafards ( pas une question de propreté mais vieille ville et chaleur)

The property is in a good location and the host is fairly quick at replying via email and is helpful in their responses.

We struggled to find the apartment as the number was written on the door in very faint black pen. When we finally found it, it was very hot inside and there was no air con or fans provided. The bed hadn’t been made and looked like somebody had just slept in it, and one of the towel was dirty. It didn’t look like any of them had been properly washed. There were also open safety pins left in the apartment and we were unable to use the TV due to a broken controller. There was also a terrible smell in the upstairs of the apartment which had a broken fridge and a dirty knife left in the sink. There were also no toilet rolls provided and the carpet in the bathroom was very dirty.
